Marsha enjoys traveling and has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, chatted with Penguins in Ushuaia, and swam in the North Sea. She enjoys cycling, running, hiking and spending time with family and friends.

When asked why she does what she does her response is passionate and clear.

“I want to help humans reach their highest potential.”

Prior to starting Adept Flow, Marsha spent over a decade marketing luxury goods globally in North America, Europe, China, Japan, and South Korea. This led to her being Director, Global CRM for the luxury, retailer Michael Kors. By artfully incorporating analytics, insights, and market research, Marsha developed cohesive and actionable strategies that helped brands like David Yurman and Michael Kors deliver their message to their desired audience. She has always understood that analytics and information tell a part of the human story, but that true connections are a major element of that story and are the catalyst for lasting change.

While Marsha had a wonderful, successful career that allowed her to travel the world, earn a lucrative salary, and enjoy great benefits and perks, she found herself craving something deeper. She was craving fulfillment. She stopped to assess if she was living the life she wanted to live; if she was living a life filled with purpose and fulfillment. Her answer was, “No.”

Throughout her career, there were some clear signs that she wasn’t being fulfilled, but she put those signs aside to be the best she could be in her career. Those signs came by way of illness, increased stress, anxiety, intermittent depression, recurring bouts of fatigue, burnout, and being bullied. There were bright spots which, centered around the development and growth of her team and colleagues.

In 2017, Marsha took time out to answer the question, “What is my life purpose?” and the answer that resounded deep within was, “Help humans reach their highest potential.” Just as she’d been able to analyze data, insights, and emotions in her work she was able to use those same skills to imagine a different path for herself. During this time Marsha leveraged the tools she previously learned in coaching, she listened to herself more and trusted her intuition, she used the personal development tools she’d used when mentoring her team and partnered with a coach to help support her on her journey. Ultimately, Marsha formalized her passions by obtaining a certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from Rutgers University.

Adept Flow is the culmination of her journey. Marsha uses her business experience, subsequent professional transition, her personal journey of growth and being an entrepreneur to coach those who seek their purpose in life, want more meaningful careers or are entrepreneurs following their dreams.
